Upon purchase, the user can use a discount code issued by the e-shop. Discount codes are a unique combination of letters and numbers and are valid subject to the terms and conditions for which they are issued. When ordering kilogram products that are to be cut by hand or on a cutting machine, the shop reserves the right to variation, in the product weight you choose, of plus/minus 10%. In case, the order contains kilogram products and is for the country, we require 50% advance payment. Ordered products are delivered properly packed in a protected environment or with a refrigerated bag /for all fresh products/ by a courier company for the territory of Bulgaria.

Orders are due within two business days, depending on the day of the order and the service schedule of the location, unless a different day and time is specified.
