Francis excels in his ability to select good, tasty and flavorful fruit while ensuring a very short brew time to preserve all the flavors.

Only the best varieties are selected for their exceptional taste!
The fruit is cooked in small copper vats and stirred with beechwood spatulas.
Only brown cane sugar is used, in very moderate quantities.
The pasteurization process is according to their grandmothers' recipe, by inverting the jars.
No preservatives are added.
