Description

The pesto chips are thicker cut than regular chips, fried only in olive oil and sunflower oil, which makes them very crispy. Because of the special cut and thickness, the chips are not as oily and absorb less olive oil. Excellent served as an aperitif, it can also be used as a base for canapés, tapas or in salads.
It is flavored with pesto powder prepared by the cryolysis method, which preserves all the flavor of the fresh ingredients without changing the taste or color.
