That's why at La Sablésienne our recipes do not contain any additives, colourings, preservatives or GMOs. The organic line is vegan and does not contain eggs, butter, milk of animal origin. Our raw materials are noble ingredients that come mainly from the west of France.
At La Sablésienne, the cookies are still baked on classic metal trays and assembled by hand as they were more than 50 years ago. People bring all their knowledge to the daily preparation of cookies, but also all their passion for creating new delicious recipes that bring back the taste of our childhood.
