ABOUT THE WINERY

The LALLIER brand was created in 1906 by a well-known Champagne personality and was relaunched in 1994 by his grandson. In order to produce champagnes of exceptional value, LALLIER grows only the finest grape varieties: pinot noir and chardonnay. This style, inspired by Burgundy, shows that the quality of Champagne is at the heart of LALLIER's values.

The 2018 vintage, which makes up the 70% of Réflexion R.018, offers intense fruit notes with a delicate sweetness.

Colour: Light golden colour with jade reflections.
Nose: Fresh and intense citrus aroma with hints of ripe fruit, acacia blossom and a touch of honey.
Flavour: A lively and fresh revelation, with a generous and intense character. A clean, long finish, with a slightly silky texture.

Dosage: 7g/L.

PAIRINGS

As an aperitif it can be served with foie gras toast or caviar. It goes very well with seafood platter, shrimp carpaccio, turbot or even sushi. It is also paired with roasted white meats and goat or sheep cheese. For dessert, nothing beats the combination of caramelised white fruits and citrus fruits.
