ABOUT THE WINERY

Since 1860, the know-how of the Prosper Maufoux winery has been used to produce a huge range of Burgundy wines. The oenologists working there, such as Nadine Gublin, a renowned wine expert both in France and worldwide, select the best grapes and vinify the wines. They age for 12 to 18 months in French oak barrels, choosing the right barrels depending on where the grapes come from and which vintages.
