TASTE AND NOSE

Fruity and spicy aroma. Both on the nose and on the palate there are small red fruits.
It has a rich and deep garnet colour.
Paolo Manzone Barolo del Comune di Serralunga d'Alba is a traditional cru district of Barolo, located on the southern hillside in the village of Serralunga d'Alba. The soil on which it is grown is of the hilly type, between 250 and 300 metres above sea level, with a south-south-easterly orientation and a mixed clay and chalky texture which gives it violet and pink colours and flavours of cinnamon and pepper, nutmeg, vanilla and sometimes liquorice, cocoa, tobacco and leather.
