Description
Born in 1976 in the Jurançon cheese factory, Saint Albret is a cow's milk cheese that belongs to the family of soft cheeses with a mild rind. It is characterised by its fine flavour, creamy texture, but also by its beautiful red rind and its unique flower shape with 8 petals.
When cut, Saint Albres cheese has a central hole which helps the cheese to mature in the centre and helps the dough to become tender.
It can be eaten at any time of the day to bring gourmet pleasure to the whole family.
