Description
Mandra Camp Estate has specialised in artisan cheeses since 1985. Their focus is on preserving classic, old Dutch recipes.
The most important thing on the farm is their animals, which are free-range and grazing fresh grass daily. This way the quality of the milk has the highest possible nutrient content. The cheeses are aged on the farm, their rinds are brushed with caramel and honey for more depth and sweetness of flavour, then coated in aromatic herbs, seeds and spices. The resulting delicacy has an attractive, colourful appearance and a very pronounced milky flavour.
