Description
Caprice des Dieux was invented by Jean-Noël Bongrain in 1956. At that time, soft cow's milk cheeses with noble mould often tasted too strong, ripened quickly and had a strong smell. The manufacturer wanted to create a more sophisticated product, soft and tasty, which would quickly become creamy while retaining a fine white and satin colour.
