Belton Farm is an artisan farm that sources all its milk from a dedicated group of local dairy farmers who are committed to providing the highest standards of health, welfare and animal husbandry.

The cows are free-range and grass-fed, grazing outdoors for a minimum of 180 days and milked daily.

This cheese, with a complex blend of sweet and spicy distinctive flavours, is aged between 16 and 18 months and naturally smoked for 10 hours on oak chips.
