Description
Black sturgeon caviar "Acipenser gueldenstaedtii" originating in Italy.
Colour of the grains: between amber to golden brown. Grain size: the grains are of good size, regular - (2-3,5 mm).
Tasting notes: Long and delicate hazelnut flavours with subtle aromas of the sea.
Tasting suggestion: as a rare delicacy, caviar is preferably served with a pearl or wooden spoon. You can enjoy it with warm toast, blini or just plain, which is ideal to fully appreciate its flavours. Enjoy it in small quantities, letting the berries gently melt on the palate, so its delicate flavour will be fully released!
It partners well with Champagne, Creman de Bourgogne or Riesling.
