Description
The olive oil of Chateau d' Estublon is a precious historical heritage and has become one of the most famous appellations in the valley "Vallée-des-Vacches-de-Provence".
As with wines, different olive varieties impart their own individual flavour to the final product. Château d' Estublon offers monovarieties and blends such as Bouteillan, Salonenque, Grossane, Beruguette or even Picholine, which are very atypical olive varieties but complement each other perfectly in taste.
Once harvested, each variety undergoes separate and careful development. The Estublon oil mill is very modern and allows perfect traceability of each batch. The state-of-the-art olive oil mill makes it possible to limit the time between harvest and final production of the oils to 24 hours, which is a key element in guaranteeing their aromatic quality.
Olive oil with espelette pepper is commonly used in Mediterranean cuisine. Eggplant caviar with olive oil and Espelette pepper. Duck breast marinated in Espelette pepper and pink berries.
