Description
Chateau d'Estoublon's olive oil has become one of the most famous appellations of origin in the Vallée-des-Baux-de-Provence.
The 'Picholine' olive variety, typical of Provence, has a bright green colour, a pronounced fruity aroma and a very fresh taste with an elegant, slightly tart finish. The pressing is carried out in artisan stone mills and is made obligatory by first cold pressing and filtering. The secret of this noble Picholine olive lies in its ability to enhance the taste buds and aromas of food.
This Chateau Estublon creation was awarded a gold medal at the 2020 New York International Olive Oil Competition.
